Please check the condition of your rental vehicle at commencement of hire to ensure it agrees with the inspection report on Rental Agreement. If you disagree please inform the rental branch within one hour of the start of the hire. Outside of normal business hours please contact the rental branch/ University transport office by 0900 on the next business day.

It would be appreciated if you could place your booking 48 hours in advance to ensure that your requirements can be met.

The personal data you provide in the online Vehicle Hire Form will be used to process your request and will be provided as necessary with the relevant provider.
