My qualifications include a BA (Hons) in English Literature and Language from the University of Manchester, an MA in Shakespeare Studies from the University of Birmingham, and an MA in Information and Library Studies from the University of Central England. Since 1992 I have been working at the Shakespeare Institute Library as Information Assistant.
