We're delighted to welcome award-winning educationalist David Didau to the University of Birmingham School for a talk about education.

This event is for all teachers and the education community in the West Midlands to explore key issues and themes in education. This would be an ideal CPD event for any teachers looking to explore their practice amongst other like-minded professionals. Join us for a thought-provoking talk, alongside tea, cake and inspiring conversation!

About the Speaker

After 15 years as a classroom teacher, David (@TheLearningSpy) is now a full time provocateur. He writes about the intersection of education research and classroom practice and specialises in uncovering hidden assumptions and unexamined axioms. As well as having written several popular books on education, he runs award-winning blog The Learning Spy.
