Dr Michael Scott, University of Warwick

Delphi: A History of the Center of the Ancient World By Michael Scott was published earlier this year by  Princeton University Press. In this lecture Dr Scott, who teaches Classics and Ancient History at Warwick and has written and presented programmes on Ancient Greece for the BBC, will give us an insight into the wealth of literary and archaeological evidence for one of antiquity's most evocative sites.

This is the fifth in the series of Birmingham and Midlands Classical Association Autumn Lectures.
