Meeting of the Global Legal Studies reading group

Dr Janne Salminen (Turku Finland), Prof Alison Young (Hertford College, Oxford) and Sophie Boyron (Birmingham Law School) will be presenting their works-in-progress exploring the tensions between legal and political constitutionalism when looking at the (possible) adoption of a UK Bill of Rights with particular reference to the Finnish and French examples.
