Dr Ian Turner from the University of Central Lancashire acts as our main discussant for our panel entitled: ‘ Is there a “right to security?” and other questions; a conversation on the human rights/security divide’.

The other panel members will be Professor Fiona de Londras, Dr Lydia Morgan and, as chair, Dr Natasa Mavronicola. Questions and contributions from everyone are welcome.
