Online patient feedback is a growing phenomenon in many countries. The recent Inquire UK study, based in Oxford, found that 42% of UK adults had read online feedback about healthcare, tests or treatments in the past year, and that feedback authors primarily wished to inform other patients, praise the service received, and help improve standards of care.

Speaker: Dr James Munro, CEO, Care Opinion CIC

Research into online patient feedback is now rapidly developing with an emerging multi-disciplinary community of practice. This seminar will offer a selective overview of recent and ongoing research on intention, practice and impact, and suggest possibilities for both future research and practice.
