Take part

We are looking for adults (>18 years) with a clinical diagnosis of type-1 diabetes within the last 3 years who are willing to come to Birmingham, Liverpool, Taunton or London on four separate occasions over a 36-week period. The project involves undertaking a 12-week home-based exercise programme, with no time commitment for the other 24 weeks. Volunteers will receive a £50 Amazon voucher for their participation. Travel expenses incurred by site visits may also be reimbursed.
