Wenhui (Winnie) Cao completed a BA in Journalism and Communication, where she developed a general interest in social science and humanities topics. This interest later led her to pursue an MSc in Health Economics and Health Policy at the University of Birmingham, where she began to explore how health and society interact from an applied and economic perspective.
