Samantha qualified with a BSc in Economics in 2013. During her last year she developed an interest in health economics and health policy, which led her to undertake the MSc Health Economics & Health Policy at the University of Birmingham, completed in 2014.
In 2015 she was awarded the CONACyT scholarship by the Mexican government for a 4-year PHD research project at the University of Birmingham. Her research focuses on measuring the impact of Patient Reported Outcomes (PRO) trial data on future patient care.
