Martin is a doctoral researcher.

After a BA in History and Geography and a MSc in Geographical Systems and Environment, he enthusiastically joined the Liveable Cities project as a PhD Student under the supervision of Professor Chris Rodgers and Professor Jon Sadler. 

Primarily an urban geographer with strong social and environmental concerns, Martin’s PhD research mainly lies in the field of political ecology, trying to re-envision the interaction of environment, society and urbanity in the evolutive transformation process of cities, from a social, political and infrastructural point of view.
