Over Eloise’s clinical career, she worked in a range of settings and roles in both the UK NHS community services and acute care services as an advanced clinical  practitioner. Globally, her clinical work has led to nursing positions in Ethiopia and more latterly as the Director of Education and Research in Amana Healthcare, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

During Eloise’s academic career she has taught a wide variety of healthcare students including postgraduate and undergraduate NMAPs and undergraduate medical and pharmacy students. 

Eloise has led and contributed to many PSRB accreditations and has extensive experience of new programme design and supporting workforce development with micro-credentialing, in collaboration with key stakeholders. Prior to relocating the UAE, Eloise held a number of senior academic leadership positions in the UK, laterally as an Associate Dean at Aston University, UK. 

Eloise’s PhD work contributed to service level change and provision within Community and Urgent Care in the UK NHS, and she continues to pursue research within the areas of Multimorbidity, Advanced Practice, Patient Safety and Healthcare Education. With previous National Institute of Health Research (NIHR) tenures, Eloise continues to provide expert reviews for the NIHR and provides PhD supervision and external examining for students and universities globally.
