I joined the Digital Education team in July 2023 and am currently based within the College of Medical and Dental Sciences, providing guidance and support for various core digital tools used within the School of Pharmacy such as Canvas, Panopto, PebblePad and Speedwell.
Prior to joining this team, I worked across a wide range of roles within Higher Education including Student Experience, Research & Knowledge Transfer, Curriculum & Quality Assurance and Taught Programme Administration. My previous position as a Student Experience Officer is what ignited my passion for the digital learning landscape, with a particular focus on how I used digital tools to make the student experience more accessible to Distance Learners and Neurodiverse students.
I jumped at the opportunity to work within Digital Education and am keen to continue developing my expertise in this area, whilst also exploring how Generative AI might impact on accessibility.
