I have worked in digital education support at the University of Birmingham since completing my PhD in 2004, in different educational technology roles.
In 2019 I moved to the University of Oxford to work on the rollout of Canvas across the collegiate university.
In the summer of 2022 I returned to the University of Birmingham and joined the digital education team in LES, working as a Digital Education Developer. In addition to supporting Canvas and the core tools I also worked on resources such as the BIFOR virtual tour.
In February 2025 I joined UoB Online as a Learning Designer, working closely with academic leads on the development of modules for a suite of new online programmes.
In June 2026 I returned to the Digital Education team, and am again based in the LES team working across a broad range of digital education areas.
