Dr Andrei Constantin is a theoretical physicist; his research lies at the intersection of string theory, algebraic geometry, and machine learning. He is interested in using these tools to build realistic models of particle physics from string theory and to develop efficient methods for exploring the vast string landscape. He is a Royal Society Dorothy Hodgkin Fellow, an Associate Professor (125th Anniversary Fellow) at the University of Birmingham and a Supernumerary Fellow at Mansfield College in Oxford.
