Tiger de Souza is the Knowledge & Innovation Manager at v, The National Young Volunteers’ Service. He is the organisational lead on evaluation and impact measurement and is currently managing the final stages of v’s three year formative evaluation.A former Volunteering England trustee,Tiger has worked for v since its inception in 2006 and prior to that worked in sports volunteer development for NCVYS and England Netball.
Tiger became a commissioner in April 2011.
