Biography

Dr Oscar Ferrante graduated in Psychology from the University of Chieti-Pescara (Italy) and subsequently obtained his PhD in Neuroscience, Psychological and Psychiatric Sciences from the University of Verona (Italy). In February 2019, he joined ProfessorOle Jensen's Neuronal Oscillations Group. Since 2020, he is one of the members of the Cogitate adversarial collaboration (https://www.arc-cogitate.com/).

Research

Oscar's studies aim to unveil how the brain uses past experience to improve the deployment of attentional resources. He is also interested in how consciousness arises from neural activity.
