Biography

Michael MacArthur studied psychology at university and health psychology at master’s level. He has worked previously as a data analyst in health care and as a psychology research assistant. He now works as a research associate at the University of Birmingham focusing on the Mentor Project. This feasibility trial aims to test a novel intervention that supports employees with a mental health problem to stay engaged at work, to improve their psychological flexibility and their work relationships.
