Dr Alicia Rybicki is a Huo Family Foundation Early Career Fellow. Her research uses computational modelling, neuroimaging, and behavioural methods to understand how digital media use influences social cognition, attention, and reward-related processes in young adults.

Biography

Dr Alicia Rybicki is an Early Career Research Fellow funded by the Huo Family Foundation. Previously, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Cook lab with Prof Jennifer Cook and the Motivated Cognition Lab with Dr Clayton Hickey, in the University of Birmingham. 

Alicia obtained her PhD at the University of Birmingham with Prof Jennifer Cook. She also holds a BA in Neuroscience from Trinity College Dublin.
