Syanah Wynn investigates the neural underpinnings of memory and spatial attention, using MEG, EEG, and non-invasive brain stimulation.

Biography

Syanah Wynn completed her PhD in cognitive neuroscience in 2020 at the Radboud University, Nijmegen, The Netherlands. Her main focus was the role of theta oscillations in memory-related processes. She continued working on this topic during her time at Bowdoin College, Brunswick, Maine, US. Here she was a postdoctoral researcher advised by Erika Nyhus. In 2022 she joined Ole Jensen’s group as a postdoctoral researcher. Her current work focuses on the neural decoding of object recognition.
