On Wednesday 12 September Professor Robin Mason, Pro Vice Chancellor (International) welcomed University of Birmingham alumni, supporters and friends for lively conversation and networking at the Hong Kong Bankers Club.
They were joined by current students, those who are starting their studies in the autumn, parents and guests. The attendees heard a welcome speech from Professor Robin Mason who spoke about the widening reach of the university and how our current research will have an impact on the global stage.
Attendees enjoyed wine, soft drinks and canapes, admired fantastic views of the bay, and made the most of the networking opportunities. It was wonderful that so many alumni who live and work in Hong Kong were able to attend.
