1. Open to all current University of Birmingham students and staff members.
2. Entrants must submit a dish and a short story (max 300 words) explaining the personal meaning of the dish they have chosen.
3. Submissions must be original and authentic. Entries can be submitted via our online form or our official Instagram channel.
4. Deadline for entries is 31 October 2025.
5. A panel will review entries and select winning dishes based on creativity, story, and inclusivity.
6. The winning dish will be featured in University of Birmingham campus food outlet(s).
7. The dish will be inspired by the Food Fellows team, who reserve the right to adapt recipes accordingly.
8. Winners will also receive a Polaroid camera.
9. By submitting, you agree for your dish and story to be featured in University of Birmingham communications.
10. No cash alternative to the prize.
11. Winners will be notified by 28 November 2025.
