Acclaimed National Gallery lecturer and Renaissance specialist, Leslie Primo, talks about his favourite paintings from the Barber's collection, placing them within the context of national collections. Leslie will discuss the presence of black figures in Renaissance and later Barber paintings as part of our Black History Month celebrations. Following the lecture, the galleries will be open until 7.45pm for visitors to view Leslie's favourite works first-hand.
