Find out about the life and music of Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, a British composer of dual heritage born in London in 1875. His father, a doctor was from Sierra Leone and his mother, was white English. Coleridge-Taylor’s most famous composition was his cantata “Hiawatha’s Wedding Feast”. In this exhibition, displays of books, articles and music scores will be available to view, and the opportunity to listen to some of his most popular works.
