Let's talk about why we should talk about race

At this online event, the EESN team will be discussing ways to navigate racial identity in the social and professional world, particularly that of people of colour. We will also be looking into media representations of different races, why this is important and what influence this may have on self-perceptions. Furthermore, we will be exploring positive representations of pioneers within LES disciplines to bring light to the contributions made by people of colour as a recognition for the merit of their work.
