World Book Day workshop: Who Makes A Forest?

An interactive forest-themed workshop for World Book Day - an annual celebration of authors, illustrators, books and the joy of reading.

Delivered by arts practitioner Sarah Hamilton Baker and combining movement, storytelling and craft, children will go on a fantastic fictional journey through Who Makes A Forest? - a beautifully illustrated book written by award-winning children’s author Sally Nicholls.

10am: interactive movement session exploring forest life
11am: create your own take-home sun prints using pressed leaves

Tickets cost £3 per child and the workshop is suitable for children aged 4 - 11 years.

Presented as part of The Air We Breathe, a brand-new public programme, with an exhibition, activities and events that explore the close relationships between us, our environment and our air quality.
