The Race Equality Network warmly invites staff and students for an interactive online discussion of the play London Calling by Una Marson.

With opening and closing comments from , Associate Professor in Contemporary Postcolonial Literature, we will explore how the issues of identity and inclusion within the text – written in 1937 – sit in conversation with current narratives on the same topics.

This is an interactive online event which promises to foster interesting discussions amongst our University of Birmingham community. Following discussion of the play, attendees are welcome to stay for a further 20 minutes for informal online networking

You can find copies of the text in the University’s libraries at Pocomania and London calling / Una Marson ; introduction by Alison Donnell. - University of Birmingham (exlibrisgroup.com).
