IWD ‘Me in Three’

We will be hosting a Me in Three session as part of our celebrations for International Women’s Day 2024. To link this to this years’ theme, the session will be entitled, Me in Three-Inspiring Inclusion.’
The session will allow colleagues to share their career and personal journey (in no more than 3 slides-8 mins) to an internal UoBD staff audience only. The idea is for others to be inspired and learn from colleagues’ career and life journey so far as well as to celebrate and highlight the contributions from women and any role models who shaped their journey.

Panel Discussion: Women in Education: Inspiring inclusion for all.

The UAE has prioritised gender parity and women’s empowerment as a priority. In this uplifting and motivational discussion, we celebrate women’s achievements and speak to UAE based educators and leaders who share their inspirational life and career journeys. The conversation will address how to take action to drive gender parity, raise awareness about discrimination, and showcase how we can create environments where difference is valued and celebrated. Join us as we inspire inclusion for all.
