Explore emotions with your children in this fun workshop. Giant emojis will help you get to know your emotions better and you’ll learn some fun grounding techniques for times when emotions start to feel too big.

The 90-minute workshop will be split into two parts with a short break in the middle. It uses sport psychology and activities co-designed with youth homelessness charity St Basils. Each child will receive a free emotion octopus plush with their ticket.

This event is presented as part of A Place to Call Homea new public programme of exhibitions, activities and events exploring what home means to all of us.
