Invitations to international delegates
Those delegates intending to register for the Conference and who require a letter of invitation to present to their employer or sponsoring institution should email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
- Full name (as it appears on your passport)
- Title: Prof/Dr/Mr/Mrs/Ms
- Date of Birth
- Domestic Institution
Please note that the letter is issued for the administrative purposes of your institution only. We will not be able to issue any document in support of your visa application until within three months of your visit.
