Exhibition & Sponsorship Opportunities

As a sponsor or exhibitor, you will have the platform to raise your company profile, while reinforcing your position as an important partner in Higher Education, putting your organisation in the spotlight and having the opportunity to showcase your expertise.

The current packages available for the conference include;

Headline Conference Sponsor

Headline Conference Sponsor: Cost: £5,500 ex VAT **

The package includes:

  • Opportunity to provide a speaker for a 20 minute parallel session that aligns with one of the conference themes, to those who select to attend (the content must be agreed in advance with the programme lead).
  • Company logo included under ‘Headline conference sponsor’ on event headerslides and signage.
  • Listed under ‘Headline conference sponsor’ on the event website and on the day delegate materials. To include company name and logo, a 250 word profile with link to company website.
  • Exhibition space in the catering area to include 1 x trestle table, 2 x chairs, table line and electrics, and 2 staff to support the stand who are given access to sessions and accommodation for one night per person.
  • 2 delegate places at the conference, including 2 x tickets for the Welcome dinner on Monday 22 June 2020, and 2 nights’ accommodation per person from Monday 22 – Tuesday 23 June 2020.
  • Opportunity for pre or post event mailing to all conference delegates who opt in to sponsor specific emails.
  • 1x flyer insert in to conference delegate bags (maximum size A4 - inserts will need to be provided in advance).

Conference Networking Reception Sponsor

Conference Networking Reception Sponsor: Cost £3,000 ex VAT

The package includes:

  • Opportunity to sponsor the Networking Reception on Tuesday 23 June, for all conference attendees on Tuesday 23 June 2020.
  • Company logo included under ‘The Networking Reception is sponsored by on relevant session information, to include details on the event website and on the day delegate materials, to include company name and logo, and a 250 word profile with a link to your company website.
  • Exhibition space throughout the conference in the catering area to include 1 x trestle table, 2 x chairs, table linen and electrics, and 2 staff to support the stand who are given access to sessions.
  • 1x flyer insert in to conference delegate bags (maximum size A4 - inserts will need to be provided in advance).

Exhibition Stand

Exhibition Stand: Cost: £2,500 ex VAT

The package includes:

  • Exhibition space in the catering area to include 1 x trestle table, 2 x chairs, table linen, and electrics. 2 staff to support the stand who are given access to sessions.
  • Listed under exhibitor on the event website and on the day delegate materials. To include company name and logo, a 100-word profile with link to company website.
  • 1x flyer insert into conference delegate bags (maximum size A4 - inserts will need to be provided in advance).

Conference Bags Sponsor

Conference Bags Sponsor: Cost: £1,500 ex VAT

The package includes:

  • Company name and logo of the company on the front of delegate bags.
  • 1x flyer insert into conference delegate bags (maximum size A4 - inserts will need to be provided in advance).
