Academic Skills: Transitioning to Postgraduate Taught Study

The Academic Skills Centre, based in Libraries and Learning Resources, support taught students to develop their academic, digital, and maths skills. In this online workshop the Academic Skills Centre will explore what it means to 'step-up' from an postgraduate taught degree or return to Higher Education as a postgraduate taught student. It will cover:

• What to expect at university
• How to develop key skills such as critical thinking, time management, finding library resources; notetaking.
• Strategies for study success
