Research

My research is focused on tourism and cultural heritage development in Somaliland. Somaliland is often mistaken with Somalia and this brings many challenges in promoting the country’s tourism and cultural heritage potential. The study aims to shed light on factors such as perceptions, diaspora, local people and development issues.
