Birmingham-born, with over 30 years of industry experience with a diverse career background and high-performance capability in the public and charitable sectors, with senior leadership experience working in cross-cultural teams on European Interreg Infrastructure projects.

Now working as a Senior Lecturer (University of Exeter and Birmingham), Senior Leadership Degree Apprenticeship Programme Director (MSc Applied Strategic Leadership and Management at the University of Exeter), and Apprentice Assessor and Internal Audit Verifier (freelance sole trader).
Self-funded Doctoral student, currently studying for a DBA at the University of Chester.
