  • BA from the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington 

Biography

A lifelong actor, I studied with the Moscow Art Theatre during their partnership with the American Repertory Theatre and have performed at theatres from Seattle to Boston. Additionally, I am a proud member of SAG-AFTRA, a former president of SAG-AFTRA New England, and a member of the Editorial Board for SAG-AFTRA Magazine. As an educator, I am the Lead Teacher for Humanities in the Medford, Massachusetts, school district.

Research

I am exploring a comparison of Kemp’s and Armin’s clowns, the evolution of the clown in Shakespeare's works, clowns' impacts on plays’ structures, and the representation of clowning through protagonists.
