The concert features the music of Howells, Fauré, and Vaughan Williams with works that feature talented student soloists alongside these two award-winning choirs. Vaughan Williams’s Five Mystical Songs is a
setting of four poems by seventeenth-century Welsh-born English poet and Anglican priest, George Herbert, and is performed with third year student Matthew Hayden as baritone soloist.
