BSc Applied Mathematics with Information Computing Science

This programme is founded in the mathematics of information technology and computer science. It cultivates students’ mathematics foundation and academic ability, allowing them to acquire professional expertise in fields such as computation analysis, software design and information security.

It also cultivates students’ ability to master application oriented theory, and methods and techniques of information and computer science.  Through studying this discipline, students receive training in scientific research methods and the ability to solve practical problems of information technology and science and engineering computation. 

Students graduating from this programme receive degrees in BSc Applied Mathematics with Information Computing Science from the University of Birmingham and Information and Computing Science from Jinan University.
