Emma comes from a mathematical background and chose to apply her mathematical skills to solving medical problems rooted in statistics. She is based in the Centre for Childhood Cancer Survivor Studies and is working on several projects simultaneously.

Biography

Emma completed a first-class undergraduate degree in Mathematics at the University of Nottingham including one semester at the National University of Singapore. She then studied a masters in Statistics with Applications in Medicine at the University of Southampton, graduating with a distinction.

Emma moved to the University of Birmingham for her PhD and is based in the Centre for Childhood Cancer Survivor Studies and is working on several projects relating to both subsequent primary cancers long-term morbidities managed in primary.
