I work closely with the EAP Programmes team to develop innovative online teaching and learning environments in Canvas and develop digital course materials in line with best pedagogical practices for blended and flipped learning.

Biography

I graduated from the University of Birmingham 2004. I have considerable experience of providing customer service support (previously with Learning Spaces - TAMU and Web Registration), technical IT support (from within IT Services) as well as audio, video, lecture capture and IT image creation and deployment. In addition, I possess sound project management (Prince 2) and IT development skills (ITIL V4).
