Previously an experienced middle manager in an English Police Service, with wide-ranging service across a variety of operational, policy, and leadership roles. Now utilising mixed methods to investigate and improve services in community safety, policing and safeguarding.

Biography

During a full career in policing Jamie obtained wide-ranging service in operations, investigations, intelligence, neighbourhood, criminal justice, policy and managerial roles. As a mixed methods researcher he has examined and written on alternatives to prosecution, professional practice, risk management, and organisational culture. He continues to help improve public safety and policing, particularly in areas of inter-organisational collaboration such as violence reduction, safeguarding, and public safety.
