Trevor is a Lecturer in Employment Relations at the University of Birmingham. Trevor teaches on a variety of programmes at Birmingham Business School, covering both undergraduate and postgraduate courses. In addition, Trevor is the Year Group Tutor for Final Year Business Management programmes.

Qualifications

Lecturer in Employment Relations: 

  • PhD in Human Resource and Management and Industrial Relations (Keele University)
  • MA in Human Resource Management (Keele University)
  • BA in Environment and Planning (University of Liverpool)

Biography

Following Trevor’s graduation from the University of Liverpool, he worked for the Civil Service in Liverpool, before moving to work for the local council in County Durham. Trevor subsequently returned to education, which led to him graduating from Keele University with a PhD in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Following this Trevor started work for the University of Birmingham, where he is now a Lecturer in Employment and Year Group Tutor for Final Year Business Management Programmes. Trevor’s teaching includes aspects of employee voice and fairness, along with issues relating to equality and diversity.
