Dr Holly Foss is an Associate Professor in the School of Engineering, specialising in diversity, inclusion, and society for engineering.

Biography

Holly is an interdisciplinary academic based within the School of Engineering, focusing on education, development, and diversity and inclusion.

Teaching

Holly teaches across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the School of Engineering covering engineering ethics, inclusion and diversity, skills development, and transport and mobility. 

Postgraduate supervision

Holly is especially interested in supervising work related to diversity and inclusion for engineering and is currently supervising work on engineering education, engineering leadership, sustainable freight solutions, and health and wellbeing in the engineering workplace. 

Research

Holly's main interests lie in diversity and inclusion, particularly as applied to engineering and education contexts.
