Andrew’s research background is broad, spanning the fields of cardiovascular science, immunology, and neuroscience. At the core of many of these studies is the nexus of NO-redox-linked bioenergetic metabolism, which underpins the pathogenesis of so many disease states. Using in vitro models, and collaborating with in vivo biologists, Andrew uses an array of biochemical, molecular, and omics techniques to investigate the fundamental mechanisms of health and disease.
