Dr Mihai Ordean is a lecturer for the School of Computer Science, at the University of Birmingham. He is also a member of the Birmingham Centre for Cyber Security and Privacy.
His work mainly focuses on systems security, mobile communication security, and industrial control systems (ICS) security. He is also interested in end-to-end encryption for cloud applications and has been involved in hardware security projects.
