Saikat Dutta is working as a research fellow in railway mechatronics systems, at Birmingham Centre for Railway Research and Education. Saikat is primarily working on novel mechatronic railway track switching projects. His research interests also include multibody dynamic modelling, control system design, automobile suspension and magneto-rheological fluid devices.
