Mia joined the School of Engineering in May 2022. She has worked in education for twenty years, largely in HE but also SE, FE, and adult education. Her field of study migrated from art history (BA) through politics (MA) and economic history to the history of technology (PhD, ongoing) and, with it, industrial heritage. Mia has a particular passion for public outreach and teaching across disciplines.
