Aduloju joined Birmingham Law School in 2024 as a Teaching Fellow in Law. Prior to this, he was a lecturer at the School of Law, Robert Gordon University where he also earned both his LLM and PhD in Law, focusing his research on justice delivery in commercial disputes through arbitration. Aduloju obtained his first degree at Obafemi Awolowo University Nigeria and was called to the Bar. He is a certified External Examiner and an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Previously served as a member of the Academic Board of the School of Law, Robert Gordon University, and currently a member of the Advocacy Team within the Centre for Employability, Professional Legal Education, and Research (CEPLER), co-leading an External National Mooting in the Birmingham Law School, Aduloju specialises in commercial law and arbitration. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and the Research Director of African Arbitration Academy.
Aduloju has garnered almost two decades experience in dispute resolution with keen interest in the relationship between commercial courts and arbitral tribunals. He has been part of several teams representing multinational and domestic corporations in high profile commercial disputes and has advised government agencies on several cutting-edge projects. He has sat as an arbitrator in several domestic and international arbitral references.
