Alys is a Cohort Director on the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson Programme MSc in Healthcare Leadership and a Senior HSMC Associate. Current work includes a (now-virtual) systems leadership programme in collaboration with Cornwall Council, team development in acute clinical teams in Devon, and a series of educational webinars for doctors across the UK.

Biography

Alys is a Cohort Director on the NHS Leadership Academy’s EGA programme, and a Senior Associate with HSMC, working on projects relating to systems leadership, team development and leadership. She is a seasoned action learning set facilitator and a highly skilled interactive lecturer. She has run a small independent training and development business for 25 years.

She now lives in Devon with a prodigious library of cook books, and swims daily in the cold, cold sea.
