Sarah is the Chief People Officer for North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) with a leadership portfolio to develop and deliver the NCL ICS People Strategy. Prior to this role Sarah was the Director of Organisational Development at Guys and St Thomas’ NHS FT and worked closely with the Board to lead on their strategic organisational design and development agenda including the development of the GSTT Group model and associated governance.
