Biography

I have over 20 years of experience leading teams and working with people in religious, political and business contexts. My main focus in the religious, ideological and political environment is on creating forums where people who hold different views can come together to build trust. This is marked by a bottom-up and top-down approach. My business work draws on my practice in behavioural analysis in a variety of consulting and negotiating settings.

Research

  • Peace and trust building.
  • How behavioural analysis methods can build trust and measure commitment and credibility in negotiations.
